Some of my corporate accomplishments include building a book of business of 300+ clients and growing a territory from $800K to $8M in 2.5 years. I also ran a $15M territory in oil & gas with the world’s leading chemical distributors.
I began my own business in 2017, and today I am an Executive Sobriety Coach helping sober curious, high-achieving women to replace alcohol with life-giving tools of success and freedom using The Breakthrough BS Method™.

I thought working 15 years in the pharmaceutical industry as a saleswoman would satisfy my bank account and set me up for complete success. However, I was miserable, anxious, depressed and spent 10 years suffering from addictions.
I tell you this because I’VE BEEN STUCK and know what it’s like to face some of the darkest times in life; not a single soul wanted connection with me let alone see me thrive.
On a piece of paper, I have some amazing credentials. I have helped clients grow their business from $20K months to $50K months, from $30K months to $85K months, land $150K bonus checks, increase sales by $130K in one year & reach pinnacle in their organizations all while staying sober and learning to live without alcohol.
My recovery & my own trust transformation has allowed me to go from anxiousness to trusting myself. I’ve learned to celebrate the inner voice of my heart. My mission is TO SERVE YOU, help you lean into your own trust and become your authentic self.
